Course Reflection

I actually don't like the term artist as it is overused and has been abused to the point of meaninglessness.  I would not ever consider myself one, I'm a hobbyist illustrator.  I draw for fun and because I want to and not for pay or anything else.  My performance and effort for this course had more to do with how much time more than anything else.  I'd consider most of what was covered to be review for me as I avoided painting as much as I could because I find that medium frustrating.  I did get an good revisit to photoshop and get my legs back for it though.  I think my best project was the Synesthesia Triptych simply because I had the free time to throw two days of work into it.  Well my worst would be the tile project as I spent a majority of my time on it struggling to even concept it.  For me and art time is everything, the more time I spend the better it looks.
